This May, our very own Kurt Jostes was selected to the inaugural class of the WK Kellogg Foundation’s Community Leadership Network. Kurt joins a total of 120 fellows from the Kellogg Foundation’s focus areas of Michigan, New Mexico, New Orleans, Mississippi and a national cohort examining racial equity and reconciliation.
The overall goals of the Kellogg Foundation’s Community Leadership Network are to help vulnerable children and their families achieve optimal health and well-being, access to good food, academic achievement and financial security.
While continuing in his role as Director of Advancement at Camp Restore, Kurt will engage in personal development, networking and a group project as a Kellogg Foundation Fellow over the next three years. We’re excited about the potential the fellowship brings for Kurt’s development and the expansion of Camp Restore’s partnerships with organizations like APEX Youth Center who are serving vulnerable children in NOLA.
