Q: What’s your role at Camp Restore – Baton Rouge?
A: Deputy Director: I work with area nonprofits, help with behind the scenes development and volunteer orientation, as well as other odds and ends. As Congregational Care Coordinator I also try to focus on people’s spiritual and emotional needs.
Q: Where are you originally from?
A: Born in Missouri, raised in Nebraska. Midwesterner all the way!
Q: What is your favorite part of working at Camp Restore?
A: I meet so many people from all walks of life, and I get to help chronicle their stories.
Q: What is the best part about living in Louisiana?
A: The sunshine and the people!
Q: You’re new here. What’s on your Baton Rouge bucket list?
A: I want to get involved with the local music scene.
Q: The best Baton Rouge cuisine?
A: The fresh seafood, baked, boiled, grilled or fried!

A: All of the above!
